We’re on the side of a road in WI. Computer display blanked out a couple of times then off completely. Can’t shift into gear. Any ideas where to look? I don’t think it has power.

Start with your battery banks checking voltage working your way through the wiring.

I would look in the BMC wiring/relays/fuses/plugs. Doubt you will find the problem in the tranny trouble shooting guide.

It could be Allison cpu...dont rule it out yet. See if you get a code on your shift pad

Is it cranking but no start ?
Under drivers window is Spartan wiring terminals. Check 12v at solenoid , wiggle the Allison plugs and terminals. Tighten any ground connections.

We have good bat volts. When you turn key to run I can hear the three relays engage like normal from front to back. I have 12v going through the one below drivers window. I get 12v through the one in engine bay by the disconnect. 12v going through disconnect. I’m guessing this is the issue though and not intermittent tranny power. Going to find the starter relay to see if it has power. Keep the ideas coming. Thanks.
