One would need a whole lot of creativity and $ to make that work. Maybe they can sell it as a construction office.

Hey Ron,theres a big movement in converting school buses,some i have seen on you tube do not even have running engines.
They build them as a "tiny house'' and live in them.
But,this one may be a little too expensive for those users.
If it was about 10 grand,i would buy it and remove both generators and then sell the bus shell to a schoolie converter,and then sell both gennys.
I think theres a few bucks laying there,waiting for me to pickup!

24th & 25th of this month at the Tampa fairgrounds there is a show of Chinese microhouses. Remember when the American dream was for a real house?

The Chinese are, however, creative in micro living. See attached photo of a Chinese camper. My Blue Bird suddenly became HUGE !!!
