Default Wireless Tire Pressure Monitors

I want to install a tire pressure monitoring system. What are the pros and cons of the different systems?

Thanks

The other big one out there I'm aware of is the Doran 360. Pretty similar in cost to the PP. Each has advantages and disadvantages. Both people (dealers for each system) have recommended a secondary antenna if you want to keep track of any towed vehicle/trailer tires. The length and metal of a BB makes reception tough at the back of a toad.

Stephen's Pressure Pro is great, also good factory support.
especially for the toad. We monitor 10 tires. Still need to visually
check tires and air pressure occasionally. adding air is no problem.
just remove the sensor. When traveling from warm to much colder
temperatures , some air may need to be added, to satisfy the alarm
trigger point.

Stephen,
I'll have to disagree with them being the "same product". From the current websites of both Pressure Pro and Doran 360, they are NOT the same product, just repackaged. They are similar, but definitely not the same. They may have been the same in the past, but not currently. For those of you who are interested, here's the manufacturer's websites:

Pressure Pro: http://www.advantagepressurepro.com/

Doran 360 http://www.doranmfg.com/tirepressuremonitorproducts.htm

Here are 2 good dealers (at least they are both pretty prompt with information and -from what I've read so far- service)
Pressure Pro http://www.dupreeproducts.com/

Doran 360 http://www.lawrencerv.com/

I've been looking at both systems myself. Both look good. I'm not sure you would go wrong with either. Cost is about the same, there are some operating differences and a couple of feature differences between the 2. I have not yet been able to see either in person, though I've been told the Doran system is more robust. Hope this helps.

Stephen,
I'm sorry about not indicating you are a PP dealer!! I must have glazed right over that one. Sorry about that! Post has been fixed.
