Sams Club, Seventy something each. You can wreck them and replace them twice as often for the same money as Trojans.

For what it is worth, IMO, I would look at sealed McGill or other OEM cam followers and some shopbuilt rails. BB uses this system on my generator slide which carries a lot more load than 4 big batteries plus it handles all the road dirt & debris. PS if you want to add grease fittings, a shot of grease once in a while will keep them turning for years.

What if you made the tray to drop out the bottom in your originally proposed location? Since balance would be key, design a center post that drops securely into your floor jack. My floor jack has a removable lifting cup with a large centering pin. I'd copy the design of the lifting cup base with the large centering / locating pin welded to the base of the battery tray. In my case, that pin is about 1" long and 3/4" in diameter. When you need to service, just drop it down, undo the connections and roll them out.
Or if you have an ATV / motorcycle jack, you don't even need any locating pin. Doug
