Under The Awning Here is where you can carry on a conversation, just like............well, like you were sitting under your awning at the campsite.

Default Ceiling Fan

Does anyone actually like a ceiling fan in their BB?
I hated ours the first time I saw it over the bed and never learned to like it. The blade would always manage to be over the AC duct. Just hated to take it down and have a hole and thought we might sell it some day and some one might actually like it. Crazy anyway.
Well on a return trip this last weekend a blade just broke off and was laying on the bed. On a trip to the bus barn today I remove the fan and the bedroom looks twice as big. I think we can fit another double bed in there now! Don't have to worry about hitting it with my hand, and Karen wandered why we did not take it down long ago. I think this is the best improvement we have made to the coach.

I like mine. It's nice for circulation when the A/C would be too much.

Mallie, I don't have one, but I know I would hate it. I have one in my house only because Michele thought it was a good idea. I didn't Anyway, I 'm such a light sleeper that the air blowing off a fan keeps me awake. I just can't get to sleep no matter what. In the coach with the ceiling so low it would drive me nuts. The house before this house we have now had 22' ceilings in the bedroom, foyer, and living room. Now that is someplace I used the fan. They were on 24/7 but on low and moved the air that was stuck up there, but you couldn't feel it.

I guess just what every works for you. I am like you Jim, don't have one at home because I don't like the air blowing down on me.
