Default Check Lists for 450LXI

I have developed the following checklists for my use when using our coach. They were developed from 6+ years of ownership and from input from other owners. Any additional thoughts would be welcome.

Check List from Storage
1. Check tire pressures @ 60 degrees F ,steer 125psi, dual 105psi, tag 95psi
2. Start engine, set fast idle- builds air pressure
3. Store power cord
4. Turn on 1500 watt Inverter
5. Back up camera on
6. Back out of storage space
7. Check fresh water inventory, add if needed
8. Hook up tow car
9. Start GPS and input destination
10. Store all excess baggage in bays
11. Check all running lights
Check List to Campsite
1. connect all hook ups, check water pressure
2. Turn on Slide power and electric water heater at main breaker
3. Turn off 1500 watt inverter
4. Put slides out while level to road
5. Level coach via Hadley system
6. Put down stabilizers and recheck level
7. Turn off 12 v systems GPS, backup camera etc
8. Turn off and remove key in tow car- consider 12v dc charging
Check List for breaking Camp
1. Turn on 1500 watt inverter
2. Stow all awnings
3. Start up Tow car
4. Start engine in coach and set to fast idle
5. Retract Stabilizers
6. Level to road via Hadley system
7. Move all slides in
8. Shut off slide power, hot water heater at breaker
9. Retrieve all hook ups
10. Set up tow car for towing
11. Check all running lights
12. Turn on 12 v dc systems
Check List into storage with 110V ac power
1. Dump all waste tanks
2. Remove tow car
3. Turn off 12 v dc system, water pump, GPS, Back up camera ,etc
4. Remove Sat. radio receiver
5. Turn off 110 AC systems, Water heater, electric heat, slide power, Ice maker, etc
6. Turn off 1500 watt inverter
7. Plug into shore power and check inverter charging rate and current draw
8. Open bath window 2 inches

Check List for Winterizing
1. Dump all fresh water systems
2. Drain hot water tank and then install by-pass
3. Close all water system at manifold
4. Remove all water filters
5. With external air pressure, blow out completely each water system both hot and cold side with only one system open at a time
6. Drain Intsa Hot and close off water supply
7. Drain washer/ dryer, add antifreeze and pump out
8. Install jumper on water pump so antifreeze can be pumped thru out system
9. Pump antifreeze thru one hot side line so hot water system up to manifold is protected.
10. Empty filter cartridge container of anti freeze and use in traps and toilet
11. Alternative is to flush antifreeze thru out all systems both hot and cold. This procedure uses twice the antifreeze and is more difficult to de-winterize but gives best assurance of protection. One can also blow out antifreeze from all systems so antifreeze will not be soaking into water system all winter

Check List for de-winterizing and sanitizing water system
1. Hook up to city water system, close all drains, and add water to fresh tank
2. Flush out all water system both hot and cold sides until no antifreeze
3. Flush cold water side with water from fresh tank to outside utility fawcet- this removes antifreeze inventory from pump to manifold
4. Fill water tank full of city water and add ½ gal bleach to water tank thru manual fill on curb side of tank
5. Flush all systems with bleach water until smell of bleach is apparent and let stand 4+ hours or overnight
6. Dump all water tanks and systems and flush with city water until no chlorine smell detected
7. Remove hot water tank by-pass.
8. Install all water filters
