Inside theres a diaphragm that uses air to push/pull a shaft down to direct the air,if the diaphragm is bad it will not push/pull the shaft, and theres some little springs inside too,if one of them is bad, same result.

When you change it take it apart and take some pics of the broken part.
I plan to replace my dump valves as PM and it looks like they are readily available BUT, if in no-man’s land could it be bypassed to air up the suspension?

It could be done, but not easily.
The location of them and the copper plumbing would make it a bad job on the road.
Bill Pape just changed his on his coach, same model, maybe he can comment.
I carry a spare, but no way could i change it on the road.

Here is a picture, I changed all three, found rebuild kits for two.
screwed one up, , easy to do, had a re-repair, in the rear if you can raise the bus body an inch or two, one side at a time, it can be done, stubby wrenches will save you.

Thanks Bill. It looks like the correct valves for mine are Williams WM147P. Are all all three the same model “P”?

btw: my cruise started working again after I reached out to you
