"Ever Hood" Rally is on!
Ray and Leslie Thomas + John and Kathie Alley are combining efforts to put on a Wanderlodge Rally at the beautiful Hood River County Fairgrounds on the north side of Mt Hood in Oregon. We can't work a full week as things are busting loose and there are many booked events all summer so we are moving the event to the first week in June. A schedule will follow but you can count on a famous PRIME RIB DINNER !!. There as about 200 hookups on the grounds and we will again have the Floral Building for get togethers. The cost per night is $20.00 and no money needs to be paid in advance. SEE YOU THERE!
DATES. June 2nd to June 7th 2022. You can get there on the 1st but the grounds are rented on June 8th so June 7th is the last day.

The date is a month earlier as the grounds were rented over a year in advance for the month of July. ! Since things are loosening up people are planning events again. Having the event AFTER fair ( first weekend in August) we go back to the grounds
Events during fire season being cancelled with no notice.. We have been there and do not want to go there again.

In June rain does happen but not as much as May. The temps are a little cooler also.

,Here is our tentative schedule that has been planned.
1) Friday June 3rd. Appetizer/ Potluck 2) Saturday June 4th. Open ( Sugestion- WAAAM Air and Auto museum ) https://www.waaamuseum.org 3) Sunday June 4th. BBQ dinner, sides needed. 4) Monday June 5th Road trip around Mt. HOOD . Dinner on your own. 5) Tuesday June 7th Leslies' famous Tie Dye Event followed by Andrew's Pizza. (Delivered) 6) Wednesday June 8th Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast and Tie Dye rince out Mexican night Potluck 7) leave . ( I will push for another night....)

Hood River is such a fun rally and we are looking forward to it. I am looking at places to stay for a few days on the way there and back. We want to do some fishing, too. Whisky Town in Redding looked good. Never been there. Thank you to the Rally Leaders for putting this on. - Laura

Ray and I are looking forward to co-hosting with John and Kathie. I'm reordering dye for our Tie Dye event today. I plan on making Margaritas at least once during the rally. See everyone soon.
