Default 81 FC35 front sheet metal

At some point in this busses life the front was changed to look like a pusher, looked good at about 50mph. The front end was made of wood, fiberglass, spray foam, and bondo. And they cut out some metal for the headlights. I am going stock except I will not be using the trim moldings, so I am welding all the holes up.

I will not be needing any of it, I will take a picture of the headlights, they cut into the backs a little.

The front end I am using I think you sold to Ron Toles a few years ago.

I don't know if you saw my post the other day but I found a headlight assembly from an old Harley fairing that was identical to the Birds,

i thought those parts looked familiar!
Yes,i did see the bike fairing post.
If nothing else i can patch up your grill and make a mold out of it,if someone needs one down the road.

Making progress. It rained every day for the last week, before that it was windy, not good weather for paint. It was just right today ground still damp, no wind.

What did the grill come off of?

I will say Mike's squares look better than the fiberglass stuff. Mike's looks like it wants to eat cars for fuel.
