Default Throtte cable hook up

My low idle problem has not been resolved as of yet . to move on under the steering wheel there is a throttle cable when i pulled on the tee the cable came out.i open the cow an can not see where it hooks up to the injection pump

Probably doesn't. Swing the road side front panel out and you might find where the hand thottle cable connects to the bell crank under the foot throttle.
