Default Waste water drain valve

Hi everybody

I am looking for the block off plate of the waste water valve.
Mine has stripped the threads, so when you open the valve to drain the tank
the shaft comes up but the plastic rubber wedge stays closed.
Also my tv antenna just clicks when I am trying to put it up?
It seems like something is holding it down. I have been on the roof with my wife pushing buttons and it just doesn't want to move.
Thanks for all past and hopefully future help!

Call Stephen, he has what you need,

Need to hold both antenna switches at the same time.

I did try lifting with my wife at the controls and it still wouldn't lift.
I guess I will have to pull the cover this weekend.
Again thanks for all of the help. Not many Birds in this area.
I would be lost on a lot of this stuff if it wasn't for WOG!

I know this sounds funny and stoooopid. But that clicking sounds like the antenna has reached the end of its travel and the clutch is skipping.
TRY THE OTHER DIRECTION
Never know - someone may have worked on it and reversed up/down wiring
