Default $10,000 Price Reduction

This property is still for sale and we are reducing the price by $10,000. Originally we were full-timing at this location but have since purchased another property, with a home, in E. TN where we live and park our rv. This lot has not been listed with a reality company for several years and we would handle it as a "sale by owner" arrangement. The price is now $29,900. I can be reached by email at steeja@gmail.com.

Randy and All,

The address is 111 Stafford Rd, Old Fort TN, 37362. I don't know the coordinates but you may be able to get them from the google search. I did google it and was able to get the arial view with just the address. The lot is wedge shaped forming a triangle on the corner of two roads. The view that I saw was obviously before we developed it because all you can see is tree tops. We removed many pines and tried to leave some of the hardwood, and we're just talking about the upper 1/3 of the property along the upper part of Stafford Rd. The lower, wider portion is actually flatter, that fronts on Swan Rd, but we never did any clearing of that part. So yes it has potential to develop more coach sites on that part, but keep in mind the existing septic system is uphill of that portion. You really have to walk the property to get a feel of the potential of it and the character of the neighborhood.

Yes, to the right of the blue dot is the part that we cleared. You can see the circle drive and our rv. If you draw a diagonal line from where the neighbor's driveway above us on Stafford Rd meets the road --- down to about the driveway of the first property on Swan Rd, you will have the third property line. (The two roads form the other property lines.) Stafford Rd runs slightly uphill and Swan Rd is pretty flat. This arial must be in the Winter because there is more leaf canopy over the cleared part in the Summer. Ground level pictures will give you a better idea of the look of it.

If you google the address and then double click on the push-pin, it will load the arial map (at least it did so for me a moment ago). Then you can zoom way out on the arial map and see the National Forest -- features such as Parksville / Ocoee Lake etc. This google option, that I'm seeing, shows it in the Summer with more leaf cover.

I used http://www.bing.com/maps/?FORM=Z9LH2 instead of https://www.google.com/maps?t=m&ll=3...output=classic

I am considering a quick sale of this property, and will entertain any reasonable offer.
