Default Christmas at the Bird's Nest

While the factory was up and running we had always wanted to do the holidays at the Birds Nest but for one reason or another it never came to pass. So I was wondering if anyone out there did and if they had some pictures they could post?
Also while I'm at it let me be the first to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and a joyous holiday season to everyone.

Hey, Butch. The kids are up there with the Bishops for a few days. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I never spent much time at the nest, and i never went there for the holidays.
When i did spend time there i was there doing business.
The nest was only 3 hours from home,so it was too close when we were starting a trip or ending a trip.
In those days we were always in a rush to get back to the shop,or to get to where ever we were heading.

But,the first time we ever went to the nest we did not have a toad,we got there in the early evening.
WE parked and went to the club house and signed in,there was 5-6 guys sitting at a table and i walked over and spoke.
I asked about somewhere to get dinner, within walking distance.
5 sets of keys hit the table, take my jeep, take my car, take this, take that.

What? You guys don't even know me!
They said "if you have a Bird, your OK"
WOW,that was so COOL!! (nobody had ever loaned me a car before!!)

I just noticed the Christmas Banner at the top of the site.
Nice touch. Good job WOG administrators.
Merry Christmas to everyone on the WOG.
