Barry put the link for the procedure, thanks Barry. I was going to do a video of it, but I am getting a little tight on time getting ready for pine mountain.

I set my dial indicator on the frame of the bus and then set the pointer on the location next to where the bolts go in the impeller. I noticed that the bolt holes are not very tight so I did not put the dial indicator on the bolt as the manual says. I did put two bolts in the holes to use to try to turn the impeller to check the movement or lash. I had to put a pry bar in between the frame of the bus and the water pump to push it in to place while I tightened the bolts. If your at pine mountain would be happy to show you the procedure.

Nice, blue and silver is a great combo, too. Way too clean!

Thanks guys... fittings are on the way.... I will definitely make it to pine mountain, but just may not be on Sunday like I had planned... I am going to try to get some done during this week, if I can get away from work at a decent hour...

So the fittings I needed came in and was able to get everything buttoned up.
I put my stop block in and turned the engine over multiple times to help prime the fuel system and the hydraulic system. Also figured it would help burp air out of the cooling system.

So here is the first start after all this work:

Not sure if its just me, but seems like it might be running a little smoother. I am hoping to get it out on the road for a test drive tomorrow.
