Default What is this?

While under the coach looking for the transmission dip stick, I found this, and it seems to be seeping oil. It is in front of the transmission, a little right of center.
What is it?

It looks a lot like the bottom of an air dryer. The dripping coming from “spitter”. Has it been serviced lately? Have the air tanks been drained?

Supposedly serviced by local shop 18 months ago. They lubed the coach as well, although I found most of the grease did not make it into the fittings. Obviously, I'm am not happy with them. Thanks for responses.
