Default do your due diligence

Hi Bob,
I will reply to the private message if you wish but first search and read a few letters from other owners. In fairness, they paid full amount for the RV`s, not the going prices of $200,000 +-.
Go to NHTSA site www.safercar.gov and search defect investigations DP09006.
Click on document search and read some --
NHTSA data from owners showing failure of the remedy
INRD-DP09006-39280P.pdf

INRD-DP09006-39282P.pdf Data from owners (owner 14 ) showing the failure of NHTSA recall procedures. This has sale by Bluebird was 3 months after the recall and still before a notice to owners.

INRD-DP09006-39283P.pdf

Also , you can`drill down`in the safercar site in the complaints area also.

Let the flames fly!
Ross

Hi Ross,

Nice to hear from you. Folks come here for answers. I like the fact that we don't sweep anything under the rug like some motorhome forums. Not so on WOG. Here, we strive for complete disclosure.

Good luck in your search Bob. As we discussed on the phone, the M450 is a great coach with the recalls done. A used, upgraded M450 is, IMO, the best deal around today.

Default 2006 M450 with Cat 525

While I continue to be happy with my Vogue, I'm always checking out my dream coach, a BlueBird, of course. So I see this one offered in Texas with the Cat 525 engine and 42,000 miles on it..looks great but, What issues should I be aware of. Just from skimming over some articles, I see problems with over weight front ends? I've been looking more at LXI's so the M450 is new to me???

If this is the 450 that was for sale at RV outlet, I have been in that coach.
