Howdy, WOG family.

The time has come for us to leave Buena Vista, CO and head south. I am attaching some photos that corroborate that conclusion. The photos of the aspen leaves turning color happened about 3-4 weeks ago. The others were taken this morning, 10/13/2006 around 10 AM. BTW, the outside temperature at 5 AM today was 20 degrees!! BRRRR.

We are going to head for Santa Fe and probably stay there overnight. Then drive on down to Zuni Wolf's place(Grants, NM) and stay there for a while. Eventually we hope to end up at the Lone Star Corral in D'Hanis, TX, IF there is a site for us to rent. I don't think it will be possible for us to stay there for the entire winter. We are going to a Lone Star Birds rally in December, in Stonewall, TX. After that, ???????

Anyone else got snow?

Best regards,
Jack and Liz and Oreo the cat

Default Time to head south

Godspeed Jack & Liz:

We're planning a two week trip sometime around Christmas where it is warm. our old bones have a hard time with cold, dreary, dark weather.

Keep us posted where you are.

Hopefully in two more years we can start the full-timing routine.
