On my 97, I took the whole business off and went to Napa. They had a Direct replacement. This was in a small town in Montana

I used a NAPA 6296 Air Filter on mine. Cross Reference is WIX 46296.

I haven't seen anything on the fuel lines.

Anyone have the part number for this temp sensor located in the thermostat housing? I am guessing it is the overtemp switch 05STKUB02?

I thought the over-temp cut off was the one on the rear part of the engine and the one on the thermostat housing was for the gauge. If I'm correct on this then the sender will be matched to your gauge inside the bus by Wanderlodge. You might have to look at the gauge and search to find out what kind of sender that needs.

When it broke in two, the generator stop switch was activated... hence the thought...

Question for those have tried it.. Does using the Donaldson P/N Go52510 air filter (post #27 on page 3) really make that much of a sound difference? I've found sources for the filter, just not sure if it is worth making the change from the plastic disposable to the metal with replaceable filter.

That's the one I have saved and will call Powertech on Weds - they're closed for the holidays. It doesn't look the same but is likely it. Thanks.

I had no idea the metal one would be quieter.
But it easier to get a filter for it,and its easy to check to see if its dirty.
