That's way cool. You guys trading services? I'll be down I know you and Carol are in good shape tooth wise. You got a dog or somethin that needs dentures? I am killing time waiting to go get my personal problems solved. Supposed to be at the hospital at 11:45

You gotta point. John better not have 500 hp in that thing. At about 120 mph those tremors might kick in. Can you see that bus weaving from lane to lane on the interstate? He'd have to have his buddies run his wide load cars front and back of him.

Here are a few more pics of the transplant project, the current "Adventure in Wanderland" and some of the surroundings.

Randy in the Green Cadillac,
I think he could thread a needle with that thing!
Glen "guess this is kinda like delivering a first born"
Guess Carol just can't get enough of this... ya right!

At least he didn't say "sure it'll fit with a run-a-go". "Heck with enough speed we'll get anything in there".

You know if you installed that Series 60 in John's coach he could run Maxton with the bird. (Trailer and all)

There is an FC on ebay right now that has the generator removed and the bay converted to a storage bay. I think this post shows just what kind of a big undertaking generator replacement can be.

My inlaws who are way too old to be driving, much less looking at motorhomes have found an SOB they like. Only problem is, it has a bad generator. I'm a smart enough son-in-law to stay out of it, but I'm going to figure a way they can see these posts before they jump off the deep end. Just in case they can't be talked out of it, does anyone know a dependable garage or technician in the Charlottesville, VA area that could give them an honest evaluation of this Winnebago?

John, Randy and all, a monumental task well-done. I stand in awe.
