Default what is this solenoid for?

This solenoid is in the gen compartment next to the main breaker. It feeds two breakers that have nothing connected. It does not have the needed connections on the coil to work anyway. So what might it be for, some option??

Here is a second pic from another coach (86 PT38), it has connections?

Gardner:

On my PT, I have a relay in a similar location that provided power to two fans that were mounted on the ceiling of the generator compartment.

Like Len says. You're missing the blowers. They run anytime the generator does.

Yup, that seems to be it. I suppose it was an option?

Probably removed since they quit working...they stripped my generator bay when they replaced my generator.
