Default Light panel doesn’t light up when switch is pushed

Does anyone know why M380 12V rocker light switches that are situated at entry door, next to the bed and on the side of the overhead cabinet by the dining table do not light up. None of the lights on the panel come on when the switch is pushed. The switches seem to be ok but no lights on the panel. The panel in the bedroom is working fine. Thanks!

Common problem, my forward ones light (kitchen one sort of intermittently) but not the bedroom one. Goofy electroluminescent thing like the old dashboards.

I don't have an answer for you, but I can tell you that our M380 has the same issue at the 3 different switch panels. One of the panels momentarily lit up when the switch was turned on, but it was short lived. The panels were made by Javelina Corp in Texas specifically for BB. When I talked to them they said they haven't made switch panels in 15-years and offered no advice or reason why the lamps no longer work. BB owned the design. I pulled 1 of the panels and they do not look like lamps that are serviceable. We may be hosed.

On our M380, the panels still light up, but put out an annoying high pitched noise that sounds like a mosquito buzzing around! Have no idea why they do that. So we don’t use ours. Good to know they are inverted to 120V. I was thinking of trying to convert to a 12V LED before learning this. Thanks for the heads up.

If they're anything like the early dashes it's like 100 cycles too, hence the whine Steve noted, sounds familiar.
