Roadmaster BrakeMaster 9000 gets my vote though I have only a Brake Buddy to compare it to.

I have a Roadmaster brakemaster 9160, but that is just because that is what I found a deal on at the time I was looking. I think they are usually about $800 but I found an open box deal on eBay for around $300. It was only missing a $10 breakaway switch, so I got lucky.

Hooking into the bus air brake to supply your auxiliary brake it's really a 10-minute job if you take your time at it. Just don't let the guy that installed your lug nuts backwards near it!

I have never blown a fuse with the M&G.
The owner is still working everyday and hes 90YO.
He loves his product and his customers.

On those M&G, are you talking about the setup that goes between the brake booster and master cylinder or the 2.0 thing that goes on the pedal?

Mounts between the brake booster & master cylinder. Great toad brakes, almost bulletproof system..

M & G for me too. The braking unit and the "break-away module" was factory installed by Monty in Athens, Texas. No worries and the system works well. https://m-gengineering.com/

M&G and Air Force One are both excellent towed vehicle braking systems that work off pneumatic signals from your coach service brakes. We had two different towed vehicles and had the M&G in the truck and the Air Force One in the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The main advantage of the Air Force One is the brake controller is not vehicle specific and can be transferred to a different towed vehicle and the breakaway system is also built in, so no additional component to buy.

Tapping into your drive axle service brake line is no big deal either, just a few fittings and a DOT pneumatic tubing, an easy DIY job. The coach end is the easier of the two installations though.

If you go M&G, I can save you a few bucks on the breakaway system if you're interested.
