John you deserve them. This is one of those coaches you don't have to fret over. Just buy it. Now having said that I owned a 31 FT FC and they are small as compared to the other coaches. That's an advantage to some and a disadvantage to others but if the size matches your needs buy it.

I've seen this coach and it's that nice no worries. A early FC is a great place to start. Simple reliable and maneuverable,

You could buy this one and use it for several years and not loose a dime. Hard to beat. Can't last long. A NA in a 31 footer works well.

This is a heck of a deal and anyone looking for an FC of this vintage needs to jump! John and Gladys worked on this bus tirelessly and all the times I have seen this coach it never once looked any different than the pics show. Best of luck in your retirement John and to both of you in your new adventure. I know it was a tough decision to let her go.

got a tour of a 35ft this morning and trying to see better how the 33ft vs 35ft compare.

Tremendous deal. If you looking don't linger. John & Gladys have been here since the beginning and are well respected by those who know them.

Good luck on your new adventure.

I think the biggest difference is in the living room area being shorter then the 35. Middle of the bus forward. Not positive on this but I think so. Two ft doesn't sound like much but I know the difference between my 36 and the 38 and 40 ft PT's is significant especially noticed in bay storage under the bus.

I wouldn't think it a deal breaker but if you think the 35 was marginal then a 33 would probably be a definite no.

My 31 footer was great for short local trips but I felt I needed a larger bus for longer trips and longer stays.

Very much like the difference between a Tahoe and a Suburban if you know those cars. Same thing pretty much but if you need to haul a 4x8 sheet of plywood the Tahoe's going to be at a disadvantage.

It is the same less 2 foot. You loose a closet between the Refrigerator and the bed. I don't know what of the opposite wall but would guess another closet.
