Neither right now, my taste for sweets has diminished considerable why I don't have a clue but I go back to the VA this week for a followup and I'll be asking a lot of questions. I still have to work on gaining back a lot of strength so I'll still be around here for a while yet.

I had a good Primary Care followup visit at the Bay Pines VA Hospital, Florida and a call from my Primary Care Doctors nurse back home at the Dohrn VA Hospital in Columbia, SC to check up on me, then I had a visit to the Neurology Dept at Bay Pines to see about my tremors, they have me scheduled for a Datscan to see once and for all if the tremors are Essential tremors or possibly Parkinsons which will help them decide how to treat whichever it ends up being, they are strongly leaning toward Essential Tremors. Overall I am very satisfied with my treatment through the VA Healthcare system, of which I have been using since my USAF discharge in 1964.

Glad things are proceeding well. It's good to hear the VA Healthcare system is meeting your needs. Keep getting stronger and better!

Sometimes it is good to get a fresh set of eyes on a problem. Can't hurt. I can tell you though, there is a lot more to Parkinson's than tremors.
