I’ve been planning to replace my radiator. Carl and John both with SPs used this place in Oregon https://radiatorsupplyhouse.com, I think they build a complete new radiator. I was thinking of sending mine to them to get an exact replacement.
Mike H had posted a place where he had bought a good replacement, I couldn’t find that thread.
My radiator isn’t in bad shape I’m just looking to upgrade the cooling system.

If anyone is interested, I can call these guys and see if they’d do a group discount for a few units.

I think for expediency we're just going to carry this one to Savannah Radiator next time I go down to the shop. They have expressed willingness to take it in and get it turned around quickly.

Had a local radiator shop fabricate a new 5 row, core depth 3 7/8 " with 4" top and bottom tanks.

This summer at 10,000 ft will be the REAL test.

Thanks

You guys with Charge air coolers need to have it checked as well.
If the CAC is leaking it can blow 500 degree air into the radiator, which may be some of your heating problems.
(if you have heating issues)

www.rndfabrication.com can make an aluminum unit, they'd need dimensions to get rough pricing, and then would need an original rad to build a prototype from.

I spoke to radiator supply house today(sorrry for being a day late, we were on the road yesterday. They said we would probably need to have 5made to get a discount, maybe 10% less with a group buy. They said they had done a few Bluebird radiators. The guy I spoke to just asked for measurements and a picture, they would build a complete new radiator.
