Just for anybody’s information thats fixing their own stat’s, the thermostat guy told me the push buttons on a 4 button stat are normally on/mom off. The push buttons on a 5 button stat are opposite, normally off/mom on. That’s one of the reasons they are not compatible. You can save $150 on a 4 button stat. About $100 on a 5 button stat.
