James, how many louvers do you need.
And how long are they.

Default Louvers

My frame has been repaired pretty poorly. I want new if at all possible.

The repair someone chose to do is a plethora of rivets and they affect the hinge etc..

I could probably make something but it seems to be a lot of effort versus finding a manufacturer.

I have searched several different times and could never find the louver parts,BB did make the louvers, out of readily available (at that time) parts.
Bob J built a new one for a 91WB,angle iron and expanded metal, and it looks good.

I believe Ron Ruckwald got some once through Coach Craft, maybe the guy who ran their parts department can still get them. Didn't he go out on his own when CC shut down?
