Default Aqua Hot Issue

Seem to have a AH issue after a full service and many replaced parts. The AH will run and heat for around 4 hors or so . Then just blow cold air when heat is needed . I can shut it off for 10 min or so and upon restart heat will return .
Does it sound like thermostat issue , and if so how do I get to them ? Thanks in advance .

Al I feel your pain brother as I've been there and done that in the cold. I'm assuming yours is similar to mine and in an outside bay. Once you take the cover off the instructions to check the thermostats are pretty straight forward. there is an access panel to get to the thermostats. 2 screws and they are all right there. Take a screw driver and volt meter with you and your in business. Just follow the testing procedure for each one.. Good luck

Al,

You do not drain the AquaHot to check the thermostats. There is an access panel right above the burner. Remember, all of this is under the Stainless cover around the burner.

Al, I also think it is your control box. I sent you an email on how to test the box.
