I finally found chelsea grease at Inland truck in Dallas. (https://www.inlandtruck.com/locations/texas/irving/). I called fleetpride, he said they had nothing. I called 2 other distributors for parker hannifan chelsea, one of them told me just use regular grease. Oh my.

I will be adding a zerk greaseable shaft or installing the self lube system within a year.....

Mark you can possibly convert your dry splines to wet for little more than cost of grease gun and spline grease. First split pump at pto adapter, inspect everything, if good, remove seal in the pto to adapter. NOW YOU need a hydraulic tee fitting, 90 degree fitting to install in adapter, 1/8 mpt,, hose between the two. Gaskets and reinstall. TEST DONE

Thanks Paul! This makes a ton of sense to me.

Do you have a picture? I am pretty good at duplicating. Or maybe I can give you a call this weekend?

Thanks to Paul (for the calls) and everyone for the advice. My spline is now wet.

Gaskets for the 267 Chelsea PTO:
22-P-127-1 .01 thickness
22-P-127-2 .02 thickness
22-P-127-3 .15 thickness

Main Gasket 35-P-74

Some pictures of the finished install and some documentation, for that future person that needs or wants to do this.
