Interesting. In that one it is a 2003 for $59,000. Here it is listed in September as a 2004 for $84,999: https://www.shoppok.com/seattle/a,38...ce=clazoutfeed

It is real and does exist. I sat in the drivers seat. Good price, needs love and attention in all areas, price reflects that.

robert - in my experience figure what you think you’ll spend to get this $59K coach up to your standards and double or maybe even triple it. In round numbers: one can almost always figure these types of coaches need Batts and Tires - $10K, all coaches need “love” - $10K without there being any MAJOR mechanical issues, and then there’s special upgrades like sat dishes, water purifiers, electric water heater u/g’s, wood floors, new TV’s, special headlights, LED lighting, upgraded inverters, solar panels, special batteries like lithiums or all AGM’s, closet mods, special gauging, exhaust upgrades... - maybe $10K but that’s totally up to you. Then there’s “sweat equity” which may cost no $$ but whose value can be priceless - things like spotless cleaning, deep polishing and countless hours of tinkering. That “free” category also includes buying a coach with a known “history” including ALL documentation, records and maintenance performed with love & attention to detail. Finally IF one sale had a handful of “call-a-friend” lifeline support calls included to the prior WOG member owner, THAT could really be priceless!

Buy one that needs ALL of the above or one that has it already included with a coach that’s in drive away mint-condition for $25k or $30k more? No contest in my book. However, if you’re looking for an M380 project coach this one could be a good starting place.

You would think when you pulled the oil dip stick as a potential buyer, it shouldn't be on the add oil mark. Maybe in thinking all wrong. I was looking for Robert not my self.
