Looks like a sole-proprietorship type of operation in a rural area with a house, big shop and a gravel display lot on a state highway.

I have no ties to this - just curious so spent a few minutes on google.

It just plain mystifies me why someone would expect to find a person willing to spend $50K by claiming “too much to list”. An ad is meant to pique the interest of a prospective buyer. Telling a prospect I just don’t want to take a few minutes to tell you all the wanderful things about this motorhome is just dumb. Even dumber when it’s someone that is in the business of selling them as this guy appears to be. (I know how to spell wonderful.)

this has all the hallmarks of a scam. my understanding is there's a big racket in trying to get "Deposits" on big ticket items, including high end coaches. I've tracked the one Wanderlodge that was on ebay a few months ago, and it constantly comes up all over the country with a good price, but not ridiculous. the scam probably is offer a super good price if someone contacts- then say first come first serve so you rush a deposit in without doing the due diligence.... then voila. seller disappears.

Too much to list- that's the trick to make someone contact them, at which time you get the "half off" price or some absurd thing... but they hit the buyers "greed" and fomo.. so the buyer thinks it's worth the risk of wiring a deposit without getting the proper details.

Heres what i know!
I have that coach listing,just got the pics yesterday,i can sell it cheaper than that CL listing.
I have a pretty good verbal history of it,and i have spoken with Jeremy several times.
I also have a lot more pics!
It sure looks good in the pics.
