Default no tail lights 76 fc

I just picked up my first bird a 76 fc gas and while as a viet nam vet, I'm not fonda Hanoi Jane and big gas engines it seems to run like a watch, however, there is no sign of tail lights or stop lights I've checked and replaced the bulbs to no avail, does any one know where the fuses are located on a 76 fc. Stuck in Tuscon Az and trying to get back to Northern Nevada for Thanksgiven.

Thanks ,Bob

Bob,

I'm almost positive that they are different than my '82, but look in the front overhead compartment above the windshield, you may have to climb up on the engine dog house cover and look inside that compartment with a flashlight.

You can also look inside one of the smaller overhead cabinets that go down both sides of the living area and the bedroom area.

I believe that Jack Smith has a 'Bird very similar to yours maybe he can help out. There may also be some fuses in the outside battery storage comparrtment.
