Default Key Pad

What are my options with the door lock key pad if the original code is
unknown?
I have to imagine there is a way to do a master code reset.

Default Door lock Keypad

This might help:
https://www.holzhauers.com/blog/2019...ity%20purposes.

It makes it clear that you can add a code but without Ford you can't retrieve one.
On our coach the module is behind the TV over the driver on the the right of the TV. The module is supposed to have the code on it. Next time I am in that area I will look.

On my 91 WB it’s behind the back wall of the cabinet that’s above the windshield on the passenger side but on the 99 LXi that I worked on, it was on the opposite side of the coach... above the driver way up high and close to the outside wall of the front cap. On both coaches, the factory code was on the module.

Something appears to be wrong with the image or how you posted it.

Do you still have the blue box? If so there is a good chance that the original code is in the owners manual or some place else in the box. The problem with getting a new code to work is that every time that power is dropped to that circuit it blanks the new code and when power is restored it reverts back to the original code.
