Dave really needs to sell it.
Someone do him a favor and make him an offer he can't refuse.
He has been frustrated with it for a long time. - - - - - A long time.
Some people are not cut out to be Wanderlodge owners.

Your $ your choice where and how you spend it. If you have read through all the posts that David had about this bird and your comfortable enough to go look at it, best of luck.

Tom - there's some value there - it's cosmetically good - but it needs help. At a price it makes sense.

To the best of my recollection, Dave never had any actual “Transmission” problems. As far as I know, the root cause of all of Dave’s transmission woes was that the linkage for the throttle position potentiometer had fallen off.

I don’t know if the Allison transmission in Dave’s coach was a good choice or a bad choice but it has been in his coach for about 13 years so it at least “appears” to be capable of doing the job. For what it’s worth, Foretravel used the same Allison transmission in some of their 350 HP 6V92 Detroit Diesel powered coaches.

If someone has firsthand knowledge about specific problems with Dave’s coach I see nothing wrong with posting about them but keep in mind that WOG Guidelines prohibit personal attacks - so please keep all comments civil and factual.
