Default Blue Bird Corp: 'Production Order" and "Parts List" by Body Number

Check this site out: http://gateway.blue-bird.com/service.htm. You can do a search based on VIN or Body Number.

For my coach I get the original Production Order and a complete parts list for the Bus Body and for the Chassis.

You can use the link below to get a set of pics for '01 LX and LXi's taken at the Birds Nest, fresh off the factory floor, (Randy, I think there's a shot of the interior of your LXi):
http://gateway.blue-bird.com/pictures/search.cgi. (Select W4RE, which is the internal name for the LX/LXi).

For my coach, I put in my VIN number, and the web site pulled up my body and chassis numbers, but unfortunately, the production order and parts lists aren't available.

I put in some arbitrary body numbers and was able to pull up Production Orders for All American Chassis buses going back to the early 1990's.

Well, that's truly odd. My 1995 blue box has 111033 on the lid (I still have the blue box 'cause I moved all the stuff to a larger "blue box" to hold all the papers and binders better).

After some digging, the VIN matches my (former) coach, too.

Since my coach is a 1995, I can only guess that the date on the record must be the date the information was input to the system.

Very cool!

I put in my VIN and found the basics on my rig.

Interestingly, it shows Alpin Haus in Amsterdam NY as the distributor and Customer as Holland RV in Michigan. A search on the Internet showed nothing, but I put in Miller (the name engraved on the entry handle) and Holland and got Dick and Peg Miller of Jacksonville, Fl. Not sure if these were the Millers that owned my LXi. It appears Dick passed away in 2000 according to an older post by Randy. Anyone know any more?

Matches my chassis number and VIN but nothing else. Shows the chassis was built or put together in 93. Also shows the chassis being delivered to Buddy Gregg. My Bird Box docs show however that the completed coach was delivered to Holland motor homes in Michigan.
