KC,

While I am sorry that I never had the pleasure of physically meeting you, you certainly made my life better. Maybe it was a brotherhood of owning similar birds or just your generous personality, but I could always count on receiving your sage advise with my bird questions. I am still reading and using the wisdom that you left behind in this forum.

Thank you,

Diego

Very sad to hear of KC's passing. The last 36 pages of posts testify to a life well lived. Only met him once at BATB 2016 and procured a number of yellow boxes and some LED lights. Rest in Peace friend.

Hello All,
This is Chris (KC's son) My mom Emma and myself along with the rest of our family would like to thank all of you for the very generous thoughts, prayers, cards, & donations you have sent our way. We are so lucky and appreciative to have such a wonderful group of people to help us through this very tough time. KC, or Pops (as I called him) was an amazing man in so many ways which those of you who were fortunate enough to know or meet him knew quite well. He has and always will be greatly missed but thanks in part to the wonderful support group we have around us (such as yourselves) he will never leave our thoughts and our hearts.

As one of my best friends told me "Something upstairs was broke so the big man had to call in the only master fixer / fabricator that could get the job done"

Thanks again to everyone and I hope to meet you all down the road.

Emma & Chris

Thanks Chris that quote is very fitting for your Dad, I'm sorry I won't be there on Saturday, I will miss him especially this winter during my six month trip through Florida.

Chris and Emma, Cindy and I were hoping to be there to help celebrate KC but plans didn't work out. We will be with you in spirit. I will not be able to look at LED's or M&M's without thinking of KC. I'll be snacking on KC's meds and burning my LED's in remembrance of a great friend.
Saturday We should all burn our LED's in his honor
