Default KC's mayonaise boxes

don't want to hijack this thread, but could not find under the awning new thread.

Is anyone able to take over this great thread KC had. These are unbelievable storage containers. Is it possible to re-ingage the person that was KC's contact?

Wink

Was not just what I have done today, but what I have been working with on and
Off because my granny quit working. Seems my voltage regulator and stator have died. Finally made a decision to take my bird in the next few days to John Boy Hughes at CoachCraft. He will remove the Kubota Diesel and the generator install new parts put it back together reinstall everything and get ‘er running. Take a little cash but it needs to be done. Maybe John Boy can do a show and tell at WOG. Granny has held up well for the last several years, but it is time for a rehab.

The only person that may know where the yellow boxes came from is Chris Damon (shrimp scampi)
Chris no longer has a bird, but he does show up at our rallys.
But,at $10 per yellow box you need a big truck to make any money.
KC did it for love, not money.

Randy,
I have been with KC, when he was in contact with the person whom he procured them... There is a swap meet, flea market in DeLand, that we went to, to get the boxes, don't remember his name, but he was always there...
He got the boxes from the hospital his wife worked at, they were used for shipping medical equipment and were used only once...
Hope KC is resting in peace...

HTH

I took our bus to a heavy truck frame and alignment shop for play in the steering wheel upon inspection they found the king pins worn. They replaced the king pins and tightened the steering gear 1/2 a turn . The bus now drives 100% better

Dennis, just curious, how much did the shop charge you to replace the king pins and tighten the steering gear?

King pins, adjust steering gear, and alignment was 1,380.00 I did not shop him because the next nearest shop is 250 miles from here. To me it was well worth the money by the way our bus has 188,000 miles
