We have had ours since april 15, no problems. Turned to the lowest setting in freezer and fridge. Never turned off. Our 10 yr old home Samsung did bite the dust, and we used an old fridge without an ice maker for 3 month till they went on sale. During that time we got ice from our BB Samsung daily. If ours goes bad, I will get another.

Our rf18 is on the maiden voyage. So far so good, but it’s only about a month old.
