With a steel bolt in an aluminum pan.

I have persistent a leak. I put a wrench on it and it's tight. At least as much as I wanted to push. I push hard enough I'll get the threads along with the bolt when I pull it out. I might anyway. Now i got some good ideas and I will know if it's trashed with the torque wrench PDQ.
