Default Series 60 belt pulleys for alternator

I believe my bearings are going out on the mechanical belt tensioner. Here are the pictures of the pulleys. The back side of the pulleys on the bracket shows only a round stud. On the front there is a gold colored cap.

So how would one go about pulling the pulleys off of the shaft? Has anyone done this at all?Click image for larger version

I seem to remember a thread where the manual one is obsolete and can be converted to automatic.

Mark B. replaced those bearings, I don't remember anything getting ugly.
And maybe Kevin did the same.

Ryan, I am going to try to replace bearings, but if I destroy them I will let you know. By the way are you in Clearwater? I am not in Seffner.
