Yes. You will probably need to re-soak the **** out of it. I think that I took a piece to 2x12 and a jig saw to cut the diameter of the housing out. I then set it down into the howl and drove it out from through the front where the bulb seats. I hope this helps.

That is a really good price Randy, $350+ for a pair of new ones seems the going rate. Mine work but don't come apart so I fished em awhile back... decided I'd just keep the ones I've got. hehe

Just for info I did end up ordering 100 watt equivalent LED bulbs from marinebeam.com. Good fit, VERY bright and longer life rating. Kind of expensive as well at $65.00 ea. Arrived on schedule as they stated. Overall very pleased with the project.

Randy, I didn't dig quite that far, sorry. They may or may not still be mfg'd. Some are certainly still available, but as you said, not cheap! I did also find rebuild kits available for them too, though even those parts aren't cheap. The newer styles of "docking lights" seem a bit smaller, lighter, sleeker, and LED/HID. Most in chrome, SS, or white plastics. I didn't see any I liked that much and none were a direct replacement with the same size/shape as the Morse.

Thumbs up

Randy,
If it's not to much trouble, photos would be great!
