They are not obsolete. You can even get them on ebay. But they are not cheap. They are now AQUA POWER. There a three main models, choose carefully.

My problem is I forget they are there to use and not just look at. I rarely drive at night anymore so I also rarely get to park in the dark, I flat refuse to back into my drive at the home base in South Carolina in the dark, but the other day here at Fisherman's Corner I was waiting for a fellow in an Airstream to move from my favorite 75 foot campsite and he decided to move out a day early luckily the guy next to him knew that I wanted that site which is a first come first serve basis and he parked his toad in the site, when I finally got back it was getting dark and I had to move my 'Bird and trailer 62 foot combination overall and back into this site in the dark, I had done it in the daytime numerous times but never in the dark, so as I'm backing in I was using my four way flashers to help illuminate things they are all LED's and extremely bright so they were helping a lot to see the driveway and pad, the rear parking (backup) lights were also on but the trailer blocks out most of their light, I managed to get it back into the site and fairly straight too, but it was only after I was completely shut down that I then realized..........DOH!!....................I could have used those docking lights and it would have been a tremendous help, I'll be sure to use them next time.....................YEH RIGHT, I'll probably forget them then too

Default Panic switch

I just had this happen to me my wife must have been doing aerobics in her sleep. I wake up at midnight to see an orange warning light on the dash on, I stagger over to see what the heck it is and it was the driving lights on light. I was like what in the world? So I just hit the main power switch until morning. I got up the next morning and looked at this forum and low and behold there was the answer. I couldn't beleive it. I said there is no way I could be that lucky, but sure enough the switch was on. We are staying the weekend at the casino here in Marksville Louisiana soni gonna go gamble today for sure.

Had another landing light burn out and I already used the replacement GE 4519 replacement the PO thoughtfully left in the attic.

For the cost of the bulbs and given their 25 hour service life, I'm going to try LED replacements. Shopped around a bit online, and I found these (https://www.larsenlights.com/par-36-...tt-flood-light) for $27 apiece. Should be a direct fit; we'll see...
