Never thought about an aircraft hanger - that might be a building type to consider. Will check into that! Thanks!

Bob, we have ran into the same thing in several states where they limit the stay time.

We have been discussing the microRV Villa idea some more and are looking at insurance costs for the building. Anyone have any idea what kind of liability insurance we are looking at? What is a good company to discuss with for things like:
What happens if someone falls off their RV roof in the building?
What about working on our coaches?
How do I limit my liabilities? I will have it setup in a corporation name probably but not sure about financing it that way... Anyone with advise is welcome to chime in!
I am liking this idea better and better!
Would we need to buy commercial land or multi-residential?
So many decisions!

Condo marinas are similar to the airport hanger. Boat dock/garage and auto garage below with living quarters above. Wanted one when I was boater. This one is bit uppity for me, but good example.

Commercial vs Multi will depend on location and zoning laws.
Campgrounds are not easy to permit.
$4500/site for a gravel site. SWE
Cable is more, in bulk runs $20/month.
