Deerfly Patches "stick" it to the biters!

Long story short, a couple of years back the Michigan DNR stopped by our property in Paw Paw to ask permission to camp out and treat the nearby River for Sea Lamprey larvae. Basically they set up a small trailer with generator on site and someone monitors the river 24/7 during the treatment phase. They have been back nearly every year since and we have always welcomed them. Several of them were walking back from the woods and on the back of their hats they had a large strip that was COVERED in flies....we asked about them and they handed us a pack of the DEERFLY PATCHES by Trednot.

Apparently deerflys always attack from the top and you can see this on anyone walking through a dense wooded area. I bought a 200pk of them and for the last 3 years the joy of reducing the local deerfly population has been fantastic.

Works on ball-caps or any hat really.

I share your joy! Nasty little critters. When we had a house in the woods we had the same problem. When walking to the road to the mailbox I carried a hat on top of a stick above my head. They attacked the hat from the top. Maybe I looked as dumb as the deerflies were.

I used to give my little brother a piggy back ride when we got the mail he was not the brightest bulb in the box.
