We installed one 3 years ago and love it. We opted to not add the ac option on ours. Come on over and check it out if you want.

Which model did you install Kevin? Any photos of the finished project?

We installed the RFU9000 model. One of the things I like about it is I built a wall behind it to seal off the refrigerator vent so it eliminates that as a source of bugs getting in. Will have to wait till the wife gets up for pictures.

Here are before and after pics of the base area. I removed some questionable plywood, along with a lot of unnecessary structure due to the "outside wall" now moving to the outside of the bus.

I replaced the base with birch ply, and made rub strips with some walnut scrap I had on hand.

Here are a couple pics of the insulated area after redoing it. Like already mentioned, the outside vents should be deleted and well insulated. I went all out to insulate it really well to reduce the run time of the fridge. Also a couple pictures of the cabinet panels I made as the new fridge was shorter (but deeper) than the old one.
