Only took you guys 2 guesses! We spent the day with Tammy and Clint yesterday. Well, my husband did. I rushed back to Greenville to try to make it to the DMV before it closed so we could head our on our trip tomorrow. They are great and we appreciated every second of time we got to spend with them! Even when they were not going to sell they let us come and check Magic out so that we could see what a very well kept bus looks like.

We owe them many thanks for the awesome adventure that awaits us!!

Ps. Made it to the DMV with 10 min to spare lol

Only took 2 guesses! Yes! We bought Clint and Tammy's Bird. We will be forever grateful to them for letting us see Magic when they weren't going to sell so that we could see what a pristine Bird looks like. It set the bar pretty high! It was tough for them to see her go, but a joyous moment for us! When my husband arrived home last night, I think we scared a few of the neighbors who were outside having a little get together! We are heating out tomorrow to go on our maiden voyage! We are looking forward to the adventures Magic will bring!

Yesterday was tough, it was hard to watch Craig drive off with The Magic Carpet. But, my work life balance seems to be out of kilter right now - not able to get more than a week at a time away from the office. And a week is just not enough when you're taking something like this out. So, she sat in storage waiting on us patiently week after week - but the outings were too few and too far between. She made it to WOG several times, to the beach once or twice, and to her barn in TN several times. She really liked her barn - she loved her pit.

We completely doted on her and bought her everything she wanted or needed. But in the end, we couldn't give her what she really wanted - which was to be out on the road with the other birds making memories for some lucky family. Sammy and family are the new owners - I hope they know how special Magic is. I know we sure did.

We miss her already.
