No springs on M380 jacks. They are hydraulic up, and hydraulic down.

Have you seen THIS THREAD where I completely rebuilt my BigFoot jack system? (especially post #21 - Note #4). I replaced all four up/not up sensors. Due to their exposed location, they get dirty and become unreliable. To turn your “All Up” light ON, all four must indicate UP. If that light isn’t ON, your dash WARNING buzzer will not turn OFF.

Since doing the above rebuild/height adjustment & adding the SnapPad “slippers” I’ve used them 20+ times, and they’ve worked perfectly every time . Only change I’ve made was to add a dedicated ground wire to each of the four pump motors.

Well then... the answer is probably the #1 breaker in the panel near the passenger seat.
