Default Looking for the "Big Problem" Restoration Project

I'm Looking for the "Big Problem"! I think we got to good of a deal. I never get the deal. We spent the day cleaning and clicking switches and checking systems. Gonna creat a list and hope you' all have the answers.

Kinda reminds me of "Bella Vita" when I first drove her home from AZ. Missing roof vent, rusted engine components, leaking hubs, oh my! All in all, looks like a solid coach though. Once those rims are polished, she'll really stand out in a crowd. Here's some pics of ours when we first got home.

Default Tag Axle, is this normal?

The tire is 12R22 , it loks like it sitting back to far. Is this normal? Tire to big? Now i'm looking at even closer and there seems to be a dent fromt he tire hitting it. Could we have done something takingit off the trailer?
