Default Maintenance Logs or Software

Forgive me if this has already been discussed however when I did a search I didn't see anything. Im looking for a maintenance log template or software program that is used to track repairs, costs, upgrades, Preventative maintenance items etc. Im terrible at creating spread sheets or Id make my own. What are you all using? If this was previously discussed can someone guide me to the post?

FWIW, you're welcome to adapt this one to suit your needs.

Very nice Shane!! Well organized and you can quickly see when something was changed. I'll have to use this for "consumables."

I am currently using a modified 781 AFTO series to keep a log of what happens with my Bus. If anyone spent any time around aircraft in the USAF, you'd know what I'm talking about. After decades of relying on the "forms binder" to maintain cargo aircraft, I have become accustomed to filling out the "781-H" for servicing/inspections and the "781-A's" for ALL maintenance items...even down to suspected leaks and burnt bulbs. I do this, so I don't lose track of what needs to be done.

Call me crazy but it works for me

If you're a total geek, you can use my spreadsheet.
I track travel and maintenance in the log and I have incorporated some pages from other people's spreadsheets in that had parts and maintenance information. At the end of the year I print out the maintenance log and file the printed one in my blue box. Then I make new spreadsheet page for the new year's maintenance log.
Check the cells before you fill them, many are calculated fields that do the math for you.

This is what I made. I just printed one for each major system. Write stuff down as I do it.

Don't expect to ever achieve a "black letter initial" status on your bird. Mine is usually a red diagonal or dash, occasionally a red X.
