Sorry for the negativity , but think it is not road worthy, therefore $6/7 per mile towing, if you are lucky $15 K in repairs, upgrades, if you do the work yourself, and it will still have bad paint.
There are better values for your money be patient

Its almost always cheaper in the long run to buy one that's finished vs fixing it all yourself. The only exception is if you are really really handy and have lots and lots of spare time (and probably money, too) on your hand.
This coach sounds and looks like it will need a lot. I'd pass if it were me. Free is definitely not a good enough price based on what I see.

Heres an idea,if you want a bus to gut and make your own,but with good running gear,and you don't mind paint work,then you should buy John Finns old Bud bus.
It needs a good home,and it also needs updating.

I saw this BB on cl weeks ago and did not bring it here because of its location and condition. ( its parts ). you could spend 20 grand and a load of time and still have a $3000 . coach
